Eligibility for Returns
- Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used personal gear (such as water bottles, mouthguards, or apparel that has been worn).
- Clearance or final-sale items.
- Gift cards.
Return Process

- Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
- Pack your item securely and include your RA number inside the package.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or product, please contact us. We will gladly assist you with an exchange if the item is in stock.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
